Telkom public wifi Hotspot - Authentication Error after reconnection

I routinely visit a Telkom Wifi hotspot to use the 20GB allowance as part of a 2 year data contract and an additional Freeme prepaid deal. Recently I noticed when my Andoid phone disconnects and attempts reconnection on either EAP-PEAP and EAP-SIM within minutes it refuses the connection with an "Authentication Problem" error. It would not let me in until fortnightly when I return.


Through process of elimination I, have restarted my phone, removed and recreated the connection, swopped between EAP-SIM and EAP-PEAP, reset Android settings to factory defaults with absolutely no luck of getting a route to the WWW (world wide web).


Am I missing something?
