Just got ShowMax and entered the promo code and registered on ShowMax. this afternoon, by the way it took 5 attempts over 3 weeks to get to this point. It worked at least so I thought then my data got used up, luckily I only had 1.5GB. So where is this 99GB data?
Reading all the comments on this topic makes me realise that Telkom has not done its homework on this service and it cannot and should not offer a shoddy service. The call operators are even more lost than us , supposed clients, when we look for assistence.
In the morning I am cancelling Shomax and the rest of my Telkom products as I realise that when I try and need to get some help there is none to be had and I will not stand for this.
This is a poorly run company and i can only predict its demise.
I hear that Mweb offers the same service so that where I am going.

Thank you for the response and advice. I have subsequently cancelled my TI
Entertaiment with Telkom and that is the 5th time in 2 weeks. It just does
not work. Telkom, and their staff are also clueless. So much so I have also
cancelled my other products with Telkom. If this is the way they conduct
themselves then I do not want to be associated with such a company. I was
welcomed with open arms by Mweb and they got it right first time.
I was very disappointed with Telkom and I do not have anything positive to
say about them.

Hi i am also having trouble with this. I added the addon but its still sucking up my data bundle . I have tried getting this sorted
over the phone but with no luck.Any advise on the matter will help alot.
I have a Fibre to Home Data line only.
