I upgraded my internet plan to a special that was running in February for 80gigs of data (40 day and 40 night) which cost R369. My billings have been over a R1000 and the plan on my profile does not match what I applied for.
I did the upgrade in store and the consultant who I dealt with assured me that there woudl be no additional charges and once the data was used up, there would be no out-of-bundle charges, I would have to top up.
I have requested the original contract from the Telkom store in Rosebank on Wednesday and have still not received it, even though I was told it would take a day or two.
I spoke to a support agent over the phone who assured em that a dispute would be logged by him and nothing has been done since Wednesday.
