I have just been on the phone FOR 30 MINUTES waiting for the Sales Department (10213) to answer their phones. I have an internet landline but am being billed for Closer CallCatcher and Evening W/Ender Plan, which must be cancelled and all money paid for this so far refunded.
I cannot get hold of a Telkom person to do this. Does someone have an email address of a Telkom person who can assist??

Sorry but community can’t help much re service issues , we’re customers like you in the forum ( no Telkom agents here ).
Rather use Telkom accounts at 10210 to log your dispute ( call early 8 am best ). If no joy there, inbox a detailed complaint to a Telkom media support team (below). Include your account refs and full details of your dispute - their media teams are good for decent feedback & results :-
and/or email the same to firstname.lastname@example.org
