Unable to send emails

We are trying to send email via OUTLOOK and via the webmail.telkomsa.net and nothing is sending.  We are able receive emails.   In my opinion ,The fact that it is both webmail and outlook is not sending means it must be the email account problem on Telkom's side.  

 

What could be the issue

Same here. We get a server error code 450 4.1.8 when we try to send a mail.

Went on the Telkom webmail site and tried sending from there...no luck.

 

Please help!!!!!!

@jacques010 @GMcBride if you send yourself an email to this address, can you reply on it? WHat SMTP are you using on Outlook. What error messages are you getting back? Try sending an email to support@telkomsa.net

My client is also struggling to send emails using the smtp.saix.net route.

 

However this only occurs when using @gmail.com addresses.

 

Has anyone else hed this problem or know of smtp issues on telkoms side?

It seems telkom services are so bad, I cant send email on outlook clearly this was not solved and will never be solved.....

 

TELKOM PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!!
