We are trying to send email via OUTLOOK and via the webmail.telkomsa.net and nothing is sending. We are able receive emails. In my opinion ,The fact that it is both webmail and outlook is not sending means it must be the email account problem on Telkom's side.
What could be the issue

My client is also struggling to send emails using the smtp.saix.net route.
However this only occurs when using @gmail.com addresses.
Has anyone else hed this problem or know of smtp issues on telkoms side?
