I ordered a special for a lenovo laptop which includes a router and external hard drive in the deal for R899 per month. That was a week ago. No one is bothering to give me feedback on the status. At the shop they said they currently have no stock. This is the second shop in Cape Town which has this excuse to make. Now surely i might be wrong but why is Telkom selling something knowing well they have not received stock. What is worse is waiting this long without getting feedback even before i have even used Telkom devices. What happens if the device breaks down? Will i still experience such bad service and unprofessional behaviour?
