Hey guys whom can I ask for support at telkom? Online chat is not a help at all neither is calling. Four diffrent support with diffrent and only estimations regarding billing and even cancelation. Worst 2 year contract ever.

We’re customers in the forum,  only a Telkom support channel can attend service issues, options here  :-

If you're still getting no joy from call centres please post some basic details describing your issue here, then we can try to help - or at least point you to the Telkom support team who helped us or others.
