On the 16 of September 2018 I bought 3GB Mo'niceTelkom data for 30 days and R34 rand was deducted from my account but I never received my data. I've been calling their customer service ever since and I was given a reference number and that one of their technicians was investigating my case and my data will be allocated to me. Nothing ever happened and when I track my case online they say my case was resolved and my data was forwarded to me but I never received that data . I really don't know what to do anymore because when I call customer service they tell me that data was forwarded to me which I never received . So what should I do next?
