Has anyone got any help from Telkom in the lines of data validation. My data (10gigs) dissappeared on the 1st Oct, and Customer Service couldn not be bothered to help me beyond telling me what they see on their system. One of the two most unhelpful agents (names I will refrain from using right now) told me to get an app that tells me where my data is used. Now is too late, I need them to do it for the 1st OCt. Customer Service will not do anything beyond their chair and screen infront of them. Can anyone tell me if they have managed to sort their issues ever with Telkom, with regards to data dissappearing.
