I have been trying for a month to get a response from telkom on the problem of one of their poles falling down and the wire hanging on the ground. there call centre is a disaster and their branches have not efferent means of reporting a fault. the call to their call centre are free from a landline but our telkom phone hasn’t worked for months.
Yesterday I went to two branches and showed them the photos and I finally got a response from a man who wanted to know if the phone was working.
