smtp.saix.net Mozilla Thunderbird not working - smtp settings


I have a webmail.co.za account and have setup my domain with Mozilla Thunderbird. I am receiving mail perfectly with incoming server settings.

Problem is the outgoing server settings? smtp.saix.net does not work with webmail.co.za account as telkom does not allow the relay through a different domain. This is a problem as my ISP is telkom and webmail.co.za does not have their own smtp settings and advise that the ISP smtp settings should be used which makes sense.

However, telkom does not allow the relay or personal domain password? I understand it's for security reasons but there should be a verification between telkom and webmail.co.za or any other verified domains.
