Hope someone can point me in the right direction. We have a @telkomsa.net email account that no longer receives email from any Gmail email address. I have logged into the webmail panel and there is nothing under the spam folder.
Where do I start to contact and explain this problem to someone at Telkom to have a look?

@Griffin do you get any email errors bouncing back? Can you send to Gmail, and then try and reply? Is it on 1 device or have you tested on other devices and also on webmail?
