i have logged in and trying to link account but i keep getting error:
"we could not identify you as a valid contact for this service on this account
i have been having this landline number for many years and i get the invoices via e-mails
and i have only inserted the account number under that tab and then landline number including the 012 code and then the name we name the line

Having the same problem, but mine is a new account. Have been phoning every number imaginable and sending emails, but no one seems to know how to fix.
