Having trouble sending emails to a email@example.com email address - been getting the error below:

Hi G_TKom, did you find a way to resolve this issue?
I got Telkom on a chat. I am not using Telkom as my data provider - only for email. The agent said my incoming mail server must be imap.telkomsa.net (which it is already) and the outgoing mail server must be that of my data provider (I have fiber) - whichI tried mail.goconnect.co.za but Outlook will not save this setting.
Not sure if this is the real issue. Emails to gmail are sent. Emails to hotmail and yahoo.com are not sent with a simlar error to yours.

did you find a fix for this?
I have a telkom email account but a different data provider.
I also get the same error messages on SOME emails (like yahoo.com or hotmail.com when I send)
Telkom says I need to change my outgoing email server setting to that of my data provider - but MS Outlook doesn't want to save those settings
