in the webmail client the 'forward to address' functionality in the options->mail->filters does not seem to work -
is this a zimbra bug ?
can I use a different webclient to set server-based rules to forward emails from my account ?

I had similar issues trying to set Zimbra webmail automatic forwarding all incoming Telkom mails to an alternative IP email address. Also had 'non-delivery' mail bounces from individual mails forwarded from webmail. Some IP mail servers were blocking mail from Telkom's mail server184.108.40.206 as ' blacklisted' .
Try forwarding a single mail to the address you want use for filter/forward settings, does it bounce non-delivered?
