ADSL LINE

Last week i recieved an sms confirming installation for yesterday 05 March 2018. I stayed home waiting for someone to come in and nobody did, i phoned 10213 four times yesterday and got different versions from each person. i phoned in again today and they say they cant help me as a technician has not been appointed yet and they do not know when. Who can assist me? telkom sales phones a million times than we you join and make payments you dont get service really upset that nobody can help me. When will my line be on

Sorry to see this, so frustrating being let down - especially when you took time off.

Perhaps an infrastructure issue is holding up your installation.

 

Unfortunately the forum isn’t manned by Telkom service agents (we’re Telkom customers like you ), but try posting your order number with details and any other refs you were given to a Telkom social media channel - their dedicated support teams will attend and send you proper feedback :
