COMPLAINT

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

I have an order that is outstanding from 12 December 2018.

I have logged 3 requests and still no assistance. I even looged onto Facebook for assistance, they advised that the issue was resolved, but ity has not. 

Who can assist, i need to log a complaint ans receive a reference number, no one in Telkom knows whats going on.
