I am struggling since October 2016 to cancel my contract because I do not need it any more.
I've been to the shop 3 times and spoke to the customer care line 3 times.
I've already filled in that form several times and Telkom cannot cancel my contract!
Why is this so difficult??
And I used to pay for only my data but now I'm paying for the device and data even after the device is already paid off after two years.
This is not fair.
No one comes back to me and everyone make promises that they cannot keep.
All I want is to cancel this contract. It is not too much to ask.
Can anyone help me????
