I can't hear anything when Telkom phones me

I've recently applied to have my Telkom land line activated. An order had been generated, and I have since received an SMS with the reference number and the scheduled installation date, but every time Telkom tries to contact my on my cellphone, I can't hear a thing, just dead silence.


I now it's Telkom trying to phone me (identified by TrueCaller), and the numbers are +27 12 688 8888 / 8889, as well as +27 21 416 5063


I am just worried that they are trying to contact me regarding this installation, and they cannot get hold of me. The problem does not lie with my cellphone, I make and receive calls daily.


Has anyone else experienced this?
