Negligent and Delay in Fruad Cases

My line has been suspendend, because someone at Telkom incorrectly loaded a contract termination on my account and now Telkom is saying i Owe them R17 074.62. Im suppose to be paying R839-00 if i dont make other network calls. What pisses me the most is that i can use me line and data. i was told when i called customer service that my line will take 4 to 6 months to be open as they threating this as fraud case. My question is why and i been punished for something that i have  nothing to do with. I was planning to get a get a new Iphone X from telkom but now i rather go back to  vodacom with their expensive service but very compintent service and customer car.
