I currently have a smart home premium bundle that came with two voice and two data sims.
About three months ago, the one voice sim was locked (can't make or receive calls etc.) The other three sims are all working fine.
I have since explored a number of avenues with Telkom but to date no one has been able to tell me why this was done or how to resolve this.
Last case number I have is SM210255.
This has been very frustrating as I'm not getting anywhere with this issue and have gone without the service for nearly three months now.

I tried the community as a last resort as I've been struggling to get assistance via the normal channels.

Thanks NC, I was also able to get hold of a chat Agent after your initial post.
They could not pick up on the SM case number, but have logged a fault / case under 19124526 and I will wait to see if I get feedback.
