Poor service

I have registerd a fault on 20/03/03.  (27304563).  Telkom inspected the problem and I was told that the calble was stolen.  A week has gone by and nothing happend.   I have send numerous messages to telkom via the track a fault with no success.   Everytime I do get a refrence no and thet is where the communication stops.  What must I do to get a response from telkom.

Cable theft, serious issue report matter to authorities, get affidavit forward it to telkom legal.
