REGISTRATION

I hae registered on the Telkom website. However, every time I try to link my account number it returns with the message "ID number/Passport/Ban etc" is incorrect. Please help?

Your line is registered against your ID number - make sure the line isn't registered against someone else.  You might need to go into the shop or phone for this.
