How do you complain about agents who just dont respond after engaging with them for 10min using the chat facility?
As i ask the community, (hoping a supervisor would get this), for the last 30 min I have been waiting for a response from agent Precious -
Seems like they just stop typing and hoping you close the chat - excellent strategy.
Obviously, this always leads to frustrated customers and bad mouthing Telkom....
Can this kindly be escalated and supervisor kindly contact me - I have the entire transcript to share
