December 2016 I requested that SHOWMAX gets added to by telkom bill. That was quick and easy. However I have been billed twiced for showmax every month. I tried to cancel my subscription - done with showmax 28 February 2017 - but still having proplems getting it cancelled from my telkom bill. Phoning customer care is no use - as no-one knows what I'm talking too and going to a telkom store (Festive mall Kempton Park) was just as fruitless. Please assist in getting my account correted.

Hi @NatashaSmith If you opted for Showmax to be added to your bill, then an order will have to be placed to cancel it. Send me a private message with your telephone number, and I'll assist to diect your query to the correct deprtment.
