So I migrated from Telkom ADSL to Vumatel Fibre in October 2019. This has been one of the worst experiences ever. First the Telkom internet services were not correctly activated over the Vumatel fibre, then the real nightmare began. As part of my application, I included the migration of my telephone line to VoIP but somehow the sales team missed this. So cut a long story short, I eventually received my VoIP instrument, and activated my VoIP migration on the portal, but to today, the services are not correctly functioning. Telkom support desk is unable to assist with this and there have been at least 5 calls logged in the process of trying to resolve with no joy. All I would like is to have my phone working again.
