I have recently converted from a Vodacom prepaid to a Telkom contract but now when people with Vodacom contracts call me they get a message that the number does not exist.However I can call them back and they can see my number.I do get other mobile and landline calls.
Has this happend to anybody else and any suggetions how to fix it.

I have the same problem. We just moved a week ago and no one from vodacom can reach me. Looks like we have to start a campaign to move the whole South Africa off vodacom.
Did you ever get this resolved?

We have the same problem for more than a month now.
Have been phoning customer care every day for the last week now, still not fixed yet.
Vodacom says the problem is not on their side. telkom must root the number.
Thinking of canceling all our Telkom subscriptions.

we are thinking of canceling all our Telkom subscriptions because of this.
Are losing a lot of business because of this, shouldn't have ported from Vodacom to Telkom.
Telkom says the fault is at Vodacom and Vodacom sais that Telkom must just root the number.
Could any one maby help or give advise on what to do????????
