I ordered the wrong package online, changed it the very next day. Its been 3 weeks and I still have the incorrect package!! You phone the call center and every agent tells you a different story! I now have to wait for someone to collect the incorrect package (3-7 days) if anyone actually does! wait another 7 days for the correct package - if infact it is the correct package.
quick to take our business and money, but couldnt care less about customer service! the sad part is they probably dont give a crap about our complaints nor their service. WAKE UP! there are other providers out there that provide decent help to their customers!!

This customer is very angry, like me when i was asking for my unauthorized debit orders last year. @orenlabs_com can't we do something to assist like create a complaints or service rating app
