I have been using telkom for years and was recently listed by telkom
and now i have settled the account in january but the credit bureaus
told me they have requested telkom to send them the letter since
january so that my name can be cleared and that has not happened,
i try many times to keep in touch and send emails but no recourse.
Please assist soonest so my name can be cleared

Try to find reputable companies that deal with credit clearance, first get your ITC, XDS, CompuScan Records to see where you listed and how you listed i.e "Default", "Judgement" etc... usually the credit institutes always have guides on how to clear your name see NCR website.
