I have been struggling since May to change and cancel addes services on my business account.
I do not get any help from the consultants, the phone does not get picked up, the phone gets put down when I ask my questions and share my concerns and the lines are always busy and no one picks up.
My bill has been sky high for quite some time and I am not willing to pay the amount charged as no one can help me with my queries.
Can anyone assist me in this regard?

I'm having the same issue, spoke to almost 10 agents, I logged a dispute 31 May already, so far no luck.
I received two numbers that can maybe help

Hi @Gaffleys, use the following channels for Service related queries. I would also suggest going in store and sitting with a consultant.
