Business line down since 08 Feb tomorrow is 08 March and still niks!



Does anybody know where I can go or who I can contact? I have a fault reported 10 Feb and to date all I have been getting are escalation numbers and no action.


How is one supposed to run a business without a phone for weeks? The last technician on a previous escalation closed the fault as resolved and it is only resolved in his world.

The call centre cannot help with a number for the technical department.


What to do?
