Cancellation

good day

 

This case have been carring on since last year october 2017 . We send cancelation threw and we spoke to so many

call consaltants and getting nowhere. They say they will call back but do not.They keep on debiting our acc after the cancelation. Is there a working person at Telkom that Can do Their job Asp.

Can’t you just block the debit order? Or just open a new bank account. Telekom is the most useless thing I’ve come across!!!!

It;s physcially impossible to cancel. I have 5 lines and have been trying fto cancel via every possible way.

 

I don't want to simply reverse debits and get ITC listed for not paying. Reversing debits every month costs money.

I also cant cancel my line, I dont even I have the money to pay it, but they still debit and they dont care. Nothing is being done about it.
