If you have a technical issue regarding your business package it is best to understand how to properly report to get the best support, first thing you do is to define any issues that seem to give the most pain while trying to isolate each step on the problem at hand by resolving individual connected parts such as power, network cable, signal even any municipality related suspected issues from recent power cuts try to phone Telkom support with enough information that will help them resolve and conclude your technical issue if they logged your issue that is properly reported with back logs they will dispatch a technician immediately.
