How do I get telkom to contact me. I order a new adsl line on the 24 January 2020 and have still not received anything. I have paid a R700 deposit. I have called the call center, emailed chatted online with no resolution. All I get is it's in process and I am not aloud to talk to a manager. I have spoken to one TL Emily chetty who promised to get back to me and back office admin musi who. Every agent says they are escalating my request. My order has been mistakenly canceled and reordered with out my knowledge. Who knows what else I can do. I don't have Fibre and lte is not an option.
I feel your frustration! Worst service ever! We waited for a month for them to upgrade our line..and everytim I get a differant answer as to why nothing has been done.
They dont care about their customers at all!!
