MOVING BUT LANDLINE IS NOT

Dear Telkom 

 

Please URGENTLY assist!

I am currently staying with my 70 year old grandmother and we have recently moved from Westdene to Fairlands. My grandmother has been going to the Cresta Telkom branch from before the move till now on almost a daily basis. Promises being made that they will contact her .... Still waiting.

Firstly The landline at our old house was in my grandfather ( who has passed away in 2010) name. We have tried to changes this now for the past month without any success.

Secondly we were told to do the name change, then close the line and then create a new line as it will not be possible to keep the same number.

None of the above has occured.

Please give guidance reagrding this situation
