NO FEEDBACK ON SERIOUS FAULT (ADSL)

Our business employees over 300 people in our factory and after 3 weeks we still have no feedback on the "torn ADSL cable".  This is costing our business millions in lack of productivity and customer service.  For anyone else not wanting to be held to ransom by Telkom, research other providers such as ECN.  Ridiculous!
