Is this via the normal snail mail (Post) if so Telkom do not send Accounts out anymore. You need to go into a Telkom store with ID book & proof of residence and request that you want your account via email. If you do not have email you can ask them to print it for you etc. etc. Be patient when you go into a Telkom store you have to be prepaired to wait.

@STIENA you can call the Call Center or visit a store to change your billing method to email billing.

 

You can also click on 'My Telkom' on the Telkom website and register. Once registered, you can add your account and are then able to view and pay your account on line.
