same problem here, i logged a fault on the 10/11/15 still no one came out to fix the line, i keep on getting smsses stating the problem had been resolved.
i spoke to about 10 different people no one can help me, how is it that we still have to pay for no service. i had a company lost of R1000000 this month due to Telkom.
I rather go to another company because TELKOM gives no services what so ever.
