Reporting a faulty voice line

Is there any way to report a faulty business voice line? I held on for half an hour on 10217 till the idiot message got to me. Please!!

you can also use SMS to report a fault - 


SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591. SMS at no charge.
