TELKOM LINES / FAULTY SWITCHBOARD

I have a Telkom OptiCon switch board, the problems I am having with it is, when it comes to incoming calls. The line is really bad, besides me unable to hear much, the other incoming lines in the office is also bad. As well as on the odd occasion, when I receive an incoming call, the button lights up green to show a call is on the line. But there are times where it does not show anything, although the call is on the line. So when it comes to me putting the call through to someones office, but they are busy, and I have to go back to the call, I can't because on the switch board it shows that the call isn't there. And without me realizing it, the call is on hold on some other line, and I am unsure on how to get it back.

@skyebessy it would be best to report this by calling 10217.
