Been having trouble with our telkom voicemail. We currently have 4 connected lines. And if, after a certain amount of time one of those lines aren't available, an automated message is supposed to say that they can leave their credentials, and we will contact them asap.
The problem here is, that the automated message says, "Not available, leave a message. Mailbox is full". We have checked numerous times, and there haven't ever been messages. So there is a problem with the mailbox memory, or a problem in connection. I have contacted Telkom to log a fault, and we have had technicians come out to fix it, but it always leads to the same problem.
