We have two dead business lines, fault reported 18 Feb - no response or visit from Telkom technician - we have never had service this bad before. I cannot for the life of me find a number to call to escalate this

Hi, this forum is for peer 2 peer suspport and not for dealing with service issues. Try these channels -
