Upgrade nightmare

On 29/11 we upgraded our mobile contracts online, we moved from the free me 10gb to the free me 20gb. Then we heard nothing from telkom . 18 calls later I was able to locate our devices and got them from the courier.
Since then we have 1) battled to get our new packages updated on the system 2) SIM cards have not been activated. I have went into the telkom store 3 times and each time get told o that’s the call centers responsibility. Regretting renewing our mobile contracts had we known how many calls and running around we would have to
