Bank account debited but data not loaded

Hello, on the 25 May 2018 I bought R 220,00 data through the phone app, account debited but data not loaded. i've been try to call Telkom since then and "consultants are busy". Unfortunately my bank is unable to reverse the transaction. I'm just so annoying.
