Changed to wrong deal

So I phoned in to change my home internet/landline deal to the Telkom Unlimited home 4mbps for R605pm. However, when I receive my invoice at the end of the month, I see that I was put onto the unlinited home 10mbps deal which is more expensive. Was my call recorded so that I can prove that I did not ask for the 10mbps deal? And will I have to pay the extra for this service that I did not ask for?
