My service is down since 9 May 2018. Telkom personnel told me that there was cable theft in my area. In last week my service was restored, but it was not possible to make calls to cell phones and my phone number was also changed. Since Tuesday my service is down again. Only my internet is working but the speed is very very bad. My telephone is completely dead and I cannot make any calls. The strange thing is that other people's Telkom services in my area are back to normal. Telkom personnel at the local branch cannot explain to me why my line is still not working. They told me that the fault is still in the hands of the technical repair division.
Is there someone in the community who can give me more info, please. My area is Johnsonpark, Worcester, Western Cape.
