Is there any way I can get a copy of my proof of purchase for my upgrade that I did online?
All the call centres are giving me the run around now for two weeks.
I apparently need that document to send my phone in for a screen repair even though I was never informed of this when I got my upgrade.

this system of telkom is BS and crap, extremly frustrating
i had contracts with MTN previously and never had to worry about a thing, just walk into a branch and they check the S/N and book the device immediately
