Please I am having the same issue, Telkom says Showmax issues the voucher code .... Showmax says telkom does 6 calles and 2 hours later I have no resolution I have email my screen shots to mjolin1@telkom.co.za with no feedback. I this is a bogus email adress she gave me

I am having the same issue Telkom says Showmax issues the code and Showmax says Telkom issues the voucher. I have sent me screenshots to mjolin1@telkom.co.za I am thinking its a bogus email adress. I get the OTP but no voucher number. whats going on here?
