Successful conference calling but lost my mailbox

I requested conference calling on my phone which came through yesterday. I thought I'd share that as not much good news shared here.

Unfortunately my voice mail has been deactivated. Dialling 181 gets a message "this mailbox is nor active". I tried the help line but nothing yet. Does anyone know if there's a manual way to get your voice mailbox back?

PS. No problem getting conferencing, just call 081180 and wait for two months.
