Showmax issues Telkom says Showmax issues the code and Showmax says Telkom issues the voucher. I have been at this for 4 days. I have sent me screenshots to ********** I am thinking its a bogus email adress. I get the OTP but no voucher number. whats going on here? LOL so I get this response below, and then nothing again.
Kindly please note that the showmax subscription orders do reflect and as soon as they have been closed you will be receiving the codes, as you applied for 4 subscriptions. Meaning you will be charged for all for that you applied for. 2 on the 7th and 2 on the 8th.
And then I am promised feedback yet I am still waiting.
Kindly note that we will have to escalate as the order is giving me an error please note that I will ask my manger to assist tomorrow.

Here I am day 4 ... still no voucher code and no feedback. I think my expectations of Telkom might have been to high.
